Here it is! PART 2 of the 3 PART SERIES: Experiences/Thoughts/Beliefs. This episode focuses on how our thoughts are formed around previous experiences and the resulting emotions/feelings in the body. I share an imagery that I call the "Circle or Cycle of Codependency" for better understanding on how to break the cycle of limiting beliefs. There is also a process that you can try if you are experiencing limiting thoughts, emotions or energy.
